9. Data Ownership
All data generated through your use of the platform (call records, recordings, agent data, campaign data, tenant data) belongs to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the installation services.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Call quality and capacity depend on your server hardware, network infrastructure, and SIP trunk provider.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination of multi-tenant subscription, the platform will continue to function but will no longer receive updates or support. There are no long-term contracts; multi-tenant pricing from Year 2 is month-to-month.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
