During the demo, our team walks you through the entire platform including: tenant management, agent desktop, campaign setup, IVR configuration, real-time dashboards, and reporting. We tailor the demo to your specific use case and answer all your questions. The session typically lasts 30-45 minutes.
No preparation is required. However, if you have specific requirements or use cases in mind, sharing them beforehand helps us customize the demo to your needs. We will send you a confirmation email with a meeting link after scheduling.

Typical installation takes 1-2 business days. This includes server setup, platform deployment, security configuration, SIP trunk setup, and initial testing. We schedule the installation at a time convenient for you.
