Yes, the first year is completely free. There are no hidden charges, no per-agent fees, and no call volume limits. The only cost in Year 1 is the one-time installation fee ($1,299 for single-tenant, $2,499 for multi-tenant) which covers server setup, security configuration, demo, support, and trunk setup. We offer this to let you experience the full platform before any recurring costs begin.

For single-tenant customers, contact us for Year 2+ pricing tailored to your usage. For multi-tenant customers, each active tenant costs $50/month from Year 2 onwards. This includes unlimited users and concurrent calls per tenant. There are no per-agent or per-minute surcharges.

No. There are zero per-agent fees and zero per-minute charges on the platform itself. You can add unlimited agents at no extra cost. The only telephony costs you may incur are from your SIP trunk provider for call termination, which is separate from our platform pricing.

The one-time installation fee covers: complete server installation and configuration, security patches and server hardening, a live demo and walkthrough session, 7 days of post-installation technical support, SIP trunk configuration assistance, and initial system testing to ensure everything works correctly.

Yes. You can start with the single-tenant plan and upgrade to multi-tenant when your business grows. The upgrade involves additional server configuration and the difference in installation fees. Contact our team to plan the migration.

Yes. The platform is installed on your own server (VPS or dedicated). This gives you full control over your data, security, and infrastructure. We recommend a Linux server with at least 4 CPU cores, 8GB RAM, and 100GB SSD. We can assist with server selection during the installation process.

The platform works with any standard SIP trunk provider including Twilio, Vonage, Bandwidth, Telnyx, VoIP.ms, and many others. As part of the installation, we assist with configuring your chosen trunk provider.

The installation fee is non-refundable as it covers professional services (server setup, configuration, demo, and support). However, since Year 1 is free, you have a full year to evaluate the platform before any recurring costs begin. This is far more generous than a typical trial period.

Yes. For multi-tenant customers with 20 or more tenants, we offer custom volume pricing. Contact our sales team to discuss a tailored plan that fits your business scale.

After the initial 7-day support period, we offer extended support plans on a monthly basis. This includes priority email support, system maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting assistance. Contact us for support plan pricing.
