Every Tenant is an Island
Tenant A cannot see, access, or interact with Tenant B data under any circumstances. Isolation is enforced at the application level, not just the UI.
Call Records & CDR
Every call record is tagged with a tenant ID. Tenant A sees only their calls, never Tenant B data. Queries are filtered at the database level.
Agent & User Accounts
Users exist within their tenant boundary. Same email can exist in different tenants without conflict. Authentication is tenant-scoped.
Campaigns & Contacts
Campaigns, contact lists, DNC lists, and disposition codes are completely independent per tenant. No cross-contamination possible.
Call Recordings
Recordings are stored with tenant-level access controls. Only authorized users within the correct tenant can play or download recordings.
IVR & Routing Rules
Each tenant designs their own IVR menus, call flows, business hours, and routing logic. Changes in one tenant never affect another.
Reports & Analytics
Dashboards, reports, and exported data are filtered to show only the requesting tenant data. Master Admin can view cross-tenant summaries.
Control What Each Tenant Can Access
As Master Admin, you assign subscription tiers to each tenant. Each tier defines agent limits, feature access, and campaign types. You set the rules, tenants operate within them.

Multi-Tenant Comparison
Multi-Tenant Questions
Common questions about tenant management, data isolation, billing, and role-based access.
There is no software limit on the number of tenants. You can create as many as your server resources support. Each tenant operates independently with their own users, campaigns, recordings, and reports. The practical limit depends on your server hardware: a standard 8-core, 16GB RAM server can easily handle 50+ active tenants.
Tenant data isolation is enforced at the application layer. Every database query includes a tenant ID filter, and every API request is authenticated and scoped to the requesting tenant. There is no way for Tenant A to access Tenant B data through the UI, API, or any other interface. The Master Admin can view cross-tenant data for administrative purposes only.
Yes. The Master Admin can assign specific SIP trunks and DID numbers to individual tenants. Alternatively, tenants can share a common trunk with different DIDs routed to their respective campaigns. Each tenant can also have their own caller ID for outbound calls.
Year 1 is completely free, no subscription fees for any tenant. From Year 2 onwards, you pay $50 per active tenant per month. You can then charge your clients whatever you want ($200, $500, or more per month), keeping the margin. There are no per-agent fees, no per-minute charges, and no call caps.
Yes. The Master Admin assigns subscription tiers (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) to each tenant. Each tier defines which features are available. For example, Basic tenants may only get inbound campaigns, while Enterprise tenants get predictive dialing, voice broadcasting, and API access. You can customize tier definitions to match your business model.
Absolutely. Once a tenant is created, the Tenant Admin has full control over their workspace. They can create managers and agents, set up inbound/outbound/blended campaigns, design IVR menus, configure business hours, and access all reports, without needing the Master Admin for day-to-day operations.
Agent limits are enforced by the subscription tier assigned by the Master Admin. If a tenant tries to create more agents than their tier allows, the system will prevent it. The Master Admin can upgrade the tenant to a higher tier at any time to increase their limits.
Enterprise-tier tenants can have white-label options including custom branding, logos, and color schemes. Your clients see your brand, not ours. This is ideal for BPOs and service providers who want to present the platform as their own product.
