Getting Started Guide

Welcome to the Multi-Tenant Call Center Platform. This guide walks you through the essential first steps after installation.

Logging In

After installation, you will receive Master Admin credentials via email. Navigate to your server URL and log in with the provided username and password.

Dashboard Overview

The Master Admin dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire platform:

  • Total Tenants: Number of active tenant workspaces
  • Active Agents: Currently logged-in agents across all tenants
  • Live Calls: Real-time count of ongoing calls
  • System Health: Server resource utilization
  • First Steps

  • Change your password: Navigate to Settings and update the default password
  • Configure SIP Trunk: Go to Telephony Settings and add your SIP trunk provider details
  • Create your first tenant: Navigate to Tenant Management and click "Add Tenant"
  • Assign a subscription tier: Choose Basic, Professional, or Enterprise for the tenant
  • Create a Tenant Admin: Add an admin user for the new tenant

    Once your first tenant is set up, the Tenant Admin can:

  • Add agents and assign skills
  • Create inbound queues and outbound campaigns
  • Configure IVR menus
  • Set business hours and routing rules
