Tenants are independent workspaces within your platform. Each tenant has isolated data, users, and configurations.
Creating a New Tenant
Log in as Master AdminNavigate to Tenant Management in the sidebarClick "Add Tenant"Fill in the required fields:Company NameDomain (optional)Contact EmailContact PhoneSubscription Tier (Basic, Professional, Enterprise)Click "Create Tenant"The tenant workspace is created instantly with its own admin login.
Subscription Tiers
Basic: Core calling features, limited reportingProfessional: Full features including IVR, call recording, advanced reportingEnterprise: Everything in Professional plus API access, custom integrations, priority supportManaging Existing Tenants
From the Tenant Management screen, you can:
Edit: tenant details and subscription tierSuspend: a tenant (disables all access without deleting data)Reactivate: a suspended tenantView Usage: statistics per tenantDelete: a tenant (permanent, removes all associated data)Best Practices
Always create a Tenant Admin account for each tenantAssign the appropriate subscription tier based on the tenant's needsMonitor tenant usage regularly to identify upsell opportunitiesUse the suspend feature instead of delete when a tenant churns (in case they return)Still have questions about creating and managing tenants?
